We will endeavour to deliver all personalised goods within 2 weeks of confirmation of order, although we will do our utmost to deliver earlier. ‘In- stock’, non-personalised items are normally sent within 72 hours.
Once your order is marked as Despatched, it will be shipped via Courier. You will be offered a one hour delivery slot which you can amend and you will be notified by text or email. Please note that despatch is based on the date that your order is Despatched as opposed to the date it is placed.
Shipping Costs:
Orders up to net value of £250 are charged at £6.95
Order of net value £250 and above will be shipped free of charge.
We despatch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week – when ALL products are ready for dispatch. Orders ready on a Monday or Friday will be despatched on the following Tuesday.
